Refund / Return policy

We operate a 14 days (21 days for international orders) return policy. If 14 days (or 21 days for international orders) have gone by since the time of dispatch, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. Over the Christmas period and New Year - the months of December and January - we operate a 30 day return policy from the day of dispatch. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

If your order is returned to us due to delivery failure we will let you know via the email address you provided and ask for an alternative address to re-ship your items to. If we don't receive instruction on the correct / updated shipping address after 28 days from the items being returned, we can only offer a partial 50% refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you need a refund for an item, simply send us an email at with the subject "refund" and include your order reference number in the email. In order to receive a refund, you must return your item in its original packaging with the receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges / replacements (if applicable)
we can only replace items if they are defective, damaged, if you have received the wrong item or if your items have gone missing in the postal system, If you need to exchange an item due to any of the reasons above, we can get a replacement sent out free of charge, we request to be notified of none-delivery or an issue with your order within 30 days from dispatch, if we are notified after 30 days from dispatch we can't issue a replacement. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
