When will my order be dispatched?
- usually, it takes 3-5 working days for your items to be processed depending on how busy we are!
When can I expect to receive my delivery?
- Usually, 1-3 working days after dispatch (6-10 working days for international orders) If your Item has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch we can send out a free replacement, however we request to be notified of none-delivery or an issue with your order within 30 days from dispatch, if we are notified after 30 days from dispatch we can't issue a replacement. What is your refund Policy?
- We operate a 14-day hassle free return policy. Simply send an email with your receipt attached requesting a refund to email@example.com. Please Do NOT send items back to the manufacturing address listed on the packaging, we have a separate address for returns only :)
Do you offer exchanges?
unfortunately, we can only offer an exchange for an item if they are defective or damaged in transit, sorry!

What do I do if the product is faulty?
- Whilst rare, it can occasionally happen. Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement.
How long does it normally take to get a reply?
We have an amazing 24 hour 7 days a week customer support team ready to help you with any needs. Our average response time is under 4 hours but we aim to answer any incoming messages within 12 hours of receiving them.
