A: usually, it takes 1-5 working days for your items to be processed depending on how busy we are!
A: Usually, 1-3 working days after dispatch (6-10 working days for international orders) for items to arrive after dispatch.
A: All orders are dispatched directly from our UK wearhouse just outside Manchester.

A: If your Item has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch (21 working days for international orders) we can send out a free replacement, however we request to be notified of none-delivery or an issue with your order within 30 days from dispatch, if we are notified after 30 days from dispatch we can't issue a replacement.
A: We operate a 14-day hassle free return policy. Simply send an email with your receipt attached requesting a refund to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please Do NOT send items back to the manufacturing address listed on the packaging, we have a separate address for returns only :)
A: unfortunately, we can't only offer a direct exchange however you can simply return your item for a refund them purchase the new item you want
A: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, apple pay, Google pay, Klarna.
A: Whilst rare, it can occasionally happen. Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement.
A: We have an amazing 24 hour 7 days a week customer support team ready to help you with any needs. Our average response time is under 4 hours but we aim to answer any incoming messages within 12 hours of receiving them.
